HOMEMADE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

Posted on July 28, 2021July 28, 2021 by winderlks

My daughter can not eat eggs and guess what is in most honey mustard dressings? Eggs! This is an easy salad dressing to put together and lasts for a couple of weeks in your frig. I used in a sauce on my baked salmon . (delicious!!!!)

1/4 c. Dijon mustard

3-4 Tbl. honey

1/4 c. apple cider vinegar

1/4 c. olive oil

1/4 tsp garlic powder

3/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

If you do use it as a sauce for your salmon, in a sauce pan: dilute 2 Tbl.. of honey mustard dressing with 2 Tbl of water. a squeeze of fresh lemon juice…1 Tbl butter and salt and pepper. Heat till melted and spoon over baked salmon.
