Just when I thought there couldn’t be any combination of veggies I hadn’t tried, up pops another mouth watering, totally different side or main dish attraction. I am new to the couscous world and I will be looking into more recipes using couscous in the future. There wasn’t one bite left on my husbands plate and he has become rather finicky in the past couple of years. I know I have hit the mark when he says, “DANDY” ! I threw a couple of chicken tenders, cooked in the instant pot, onto my carnivore’s plate and used this recipe as his side. For me, it was the main entre and it was yummy and satisfying and pretty to serve. It’s about a 30-35 minute prep and cook and no crazy ingredients. I am looking forward to left overs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks and sounds delicious! I have a couscous recipe that I think you will love! I’ll send it to you ❤️❤️
I would love to try your couscous recipe and this Mediterranean one is very good!! I even liked it cold the next day. When I looked for couscous in the store, it looked so much smaller so I re-read my recipe and it’s Israeli couscous which is more pearlized. I did find a pearlized couscous and it looks the same. Time will tell. 🙂
Israelian couscous is in my top ten favorite foods of all time. Traders Joe has a great price on it just FYI
Hugs 🤗
I served this as a side tonight and it was 5 spoons for me, my Mom, and Karen. Thanks my friend I will make this again!
hooray!!! That’s what I want to hear!!!
