SUFFERING FROM LEG CRAMPS???????

Posted on January 31, 2021January 31, 2021 by winderlks

Recently, my son-in-law came to visit and he suffered terribly with leg cramps. He experiences them in the night (most common time for leg cramps) and during the day. The only solution he has tried that brought him relief is jumping in a hot shower. He takes 2-3 showers every night and at least one or two more during the day. (If hot water is available) I would say this affliction is playing havoc with his life so turned to some research for answers. First of all, chronic leg cramps are an indication of nutrient deficiency. Discovering what you are deficient in becomes a rather large barrier. Especially if you do not like time in the kitchen and meals only sustain, not nourish your soul. HMMMMMM…. This would be one of those times I wish I lived next door and would gladly cook and help discover if a change in diet might be the answer. I found several options in food choices that help with leg cramps. Foods that are rich in potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and electrolytes. If you suffer from chronic leg cramps, perhaps trying to incorporate a couple of these options daily might be just the ticket to less cramping. Worth a try??? I think so..but… I like playing in the kitchen. Chronic leg cramps that affect daily life seems like a pretty big “WHY” for making some changes or at least exploring the options. I sincerely hope that this blog notice will open a door for someone. LEG CRAMPS ARE NO FUN!!!!!
